“Set Alight” – My Wedding Date Anthology

Despite the years Iris spent fooling herself into thinking she forgot Alex, she experiences a mixture of resurging emotions that never quite disappeared when she unexpectedly sees him as a groomsman at a wedding she’s working in. Iris does her best to keep her distance in an attempt to save herself from the same pain he caused her over five years ago. However, Alex is stubborn in his efforts to make her see him for who he has become. Iris feels the attraction, but she’s unsure if this is just nostalgia or something worth moving past the pain she unknowingly carried for so long.

Clarence combats a burnt tongue, angsty teens, and Pterry’s new beau in a mad scramble to get to his audition in time.
